Rewarding yourself once a week in moderation is fine, but a steady diet of restaurant foods will sabotage your goals. Also consider preparing your meals in advance, I do this early Sunday mornings. I cook healthy protein rich foods, like chicken breast, turkey breast, fish and lean beef and combine these proteins with vegetables placing them in individual plastic microwaveable containers that can be taken wherever I go.
